We request you to Email us the above Questionnaire fully answered along with your complete name and address. Without the above, we would not be considering puppy request.

Completion of this form does not automatically guarantee a puppy; puppies are placed at the discretion of the breeder.

This begins the process to see whether an English Mastiff  is the right dog for your lifestyle. We also ask for a $500 non refundable deposit which will hold a puppy of the sex/purpose choice you request...i.e. male/companion or female/obedience, etc. Please remember all deposits are non refundable if you simply change your mind or find a puppy somewhere else. For this reason please make sure this is the breed for you and that you have done complete and thorough research on the breed.

Colossus Kennel reserves the right to refuse placing a puppy with anyone they feel incompetent of properly caring for the puppy and that they feel is incapable of meeting the puppy's daily needs or that Colossus Kennel feels is incapable of providing a safe and wonderful home for the puppy. This could be for a variety of reasons. Colossus Kennel takes breeding and placing their puppies very seriously and will not place puppies with families they do not feel comfortable and happy with under any circumstances.

WITH LOVE FROM A LONELY DOG

I wish someone would tell me what it is that I've done wrong.
Why do I have to stay chained up and be left alone so long?
They seemed so glad to have me when I came here as a pup.
There were so many things we'd do while I was growing up.
The Master said he'd train me as a companion and a friend.
The Mistress said she's never fear to be left alone again.
The children said they'd feed me and brush me every day.
They'd play with me and walk me if I would only stay.
But now the Master, "hasn't time", the Mistress says I shed -
She doesn't want me in the house not even to be fed.
The children never walk me, they always say, "not now".
I wish that I could please them, Won't someone tell me how?
All I had, you see, was love. I wish they would explain,
Why they said they wanted mine, and then left it on a chain?

Please, if you don't have the time for a dog, - don't get one!!!!
The majority of bad behaviors that become apparent in a dog, are simply due to neglect and no training.
Mastiffs, in particular, want nothing more than to be with their people. You don't get that wonderful temperament coming out unless you spend time with it
